That portion of the alley as shown on Tract No 2110, Normandie Court, as
recorded in Book 30 of Maps, Page 45, in the office of the County Recorder,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows-
Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly aright-of-way line of Lot
9 in said Tract with the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Normandie Court,
last said intersection being a point on a curve concave Southwesterly and
having a radius of 25 feet, said point having a radial line which bears
South 56° 20' West, thence Northwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 110 32' 13", 5.03 feet, thence North 56° 20' East, 49 00 feet to
a point on the Northwesterly prolongation of the Northeasterly right-of-way
line of Lot 9, thence Southeasterly along said prolongation, 10.00 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave to the South and having a radius of 5.00
feet; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 90°, 7 85
.feet to a point of tangency with said Northwesterly right-of-way line of
Lot 9, thence South 56° 20' West along last said right-of-way line 48 50
feet to the Point of Beginning.
Excepting tnerefro m the permanent easement and right ac any time, or from
time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew
sanitary sewers and storm drains and appurtenant structures, in, upon, over
and across any street or part thereof and pursuant to any existing franchises
or renewals thereof, or otherwise, to construct, maintain, operate, replace,
remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles and
other convenient structures, equipment and fixtures for the operation of gas
pipelines, telegraphic and telephone lines, railroad lines, and for the
distribution or transportation of electric energy, petroleum, and its pro-
ducts, ammonia, water and incidental purposes, including access and right to
keep property free from inflammable materials, and weed growth, and to other-
wise protect the same from all hazards in, upon and over said property.
