REDLANDS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 14
INTENTION TO DEDICATE REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF REDLANDS FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES
WHEREAS certain real property hereinafter described belonging to
the Redlands Unified School District of San Bernardino County, State
of California, is not needed for school classroom purposes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intention of the
Board of Education of the Redlands Unified School District to grant
at its regular meeting to be held on March 18, 1975, to the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation, and a political subdivision of the
State of California, for puhlic purposes, the hereinafter described
property.
The real property to be so granted pursuant to this resolution
is described as that real property in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California
SEE ATTACHED DESCRIPTION
IN WITNESS, of the passage of the foregoing resolution and order
in the form and manner prescribed by law, we, the members of said
Board present and voting thereon, have hereunto set our hands this
25th day of February, 1975.

Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Lot 10 of Tract No. 1934 as
recorded in Book 28 of Maps , Page 3 of said County and State ; thence South
330 40 ' East, 30 feet to the intersection with the Southeasterly right-of-
way line of Toyon Avenue, last said right-of-way line also being the North-
west line of said Lot 2, to the True Point of Beginning, thence North 560
20' East along last said line 63. 55 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent
curve concave to the north and having a radius of 40 feet, last said- curve
having a radial line which bears North 04° 02 ' 291' W, thence Easterly along
last said curve through a central angle of 110 47 ' 03" 22 8. 23 feet to the
beginning of a reverse curve concave to the West and having a radius of 47
feet; thence Easterly, Southerly, Westerly and Northerly along last said
curve through a central angle of 2400 22 ' 291t , 197. 18 feet ; thence North 330
40 ' West, 45 .63 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
