Beginning at the intersection of the Northwest line of said alley
with the Southwest line of Lot 15 in said Tract No 3580, thence
Northeasterly along said Northwest line of said alley, to its
intersection with the Southwest right-of-way line of Norwood Street
(60 feet wide), thence Southeasterly along the S-outheasterly
prolongation of said Southwest right-of-way line of Norwood Street
to its intersection with the Southeast right-of-way line of said
alley, thence Southwesterly along said Southeast right-of-way line
of said alley to its intersection with a line, said line being a
line when prolonged Southeasterly from said intersection of the
