Beginning at an angle point in the southerly line of said Lot 7 , said
angle point being the westerly terminus of the southerly line of
said Lot 7, said angle point being on the northerly right-of-way
line of Pacific Street as shown on said Smith ' s Subdivision No . 2 ;
