with said Systems and shall have free access to said systems and every part thereof at all times for
the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, provided, however, that in making any excavation on
said property of the Grantor(s) the Grantee shall make the same in such manner as will cause the least
injury to the surface of the ground around such excavation, and shall replace the earth so removed by it
and restore the surface of the ground to as near the same condition as it was prior to such e\cavation as is

EXHIBIT "A"
A strip of land, 6 feet in width, lying within the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section
22 , Township 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
the centerline being described as follows
Beginning on the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4)
of Section 22, at a point 615 feet south of the Northeast corner
thereof; thence West, parallel with the North line of said
property, and distance of 415 feet; thence North, parallel
with the East line of said property, a distance of 280 feet,
thence West, parallel with said North line, a distance of 15
feet.
EXCEPTING therefrom any portion lying within Church Street.
It is understood and agreed that the above strip description
is approximate only, it being the intention of the Grantor
herein, by this conveyance, to grant an easement for said
underground electric system, the centerline of which easement
shall be coincidental with the centerline of said electric
system as installed in and under the Grantor' s property.
