That the Council accept the tax deed for the property on Marion Road, and authorize the City Manager to execute required acceptance certificate (supporting material to be attached) RESOLUTION NO 2913 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS WHEREAS , the Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino has requested the Board of Supervisors of said County for its approval and authority for selling at public sale certain tax- deeded property heretofore deeded to the State of California, and WHEREAS, said list of parcels of property as described in the Sale Folio includes the following described property in the City of Redlands, to wit Parcel 174-351-37 All that portion of Lots 1 and 5 of Redlands Hea.ghts (Craft' s Map) in the City of Redlands as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, Page 16 thereof, records of San Bernardino County, State of California and described as follows Beginning at the centerline intersection of Fifth Avenue and Marion Road as the said intersection is shown on said Crafts Map of Redlands Heights and also shown on Map of Tract 5688 recorded in Book 88 of Maps, Pages 24 and 25, records of said County.
