motorcycle malting a net cash difference of25G,( C payable at time of
delivery,

Such equipment as Siren, Vindsh,ield and Spotlights to be
taken off of old machine and fitted to new machine at no
extra cost to you for changing this 9quipment.
Delivery on the above to be made on or about July 28th, 1934
subject to delay beyond our control.
