The undersigned hands you duplicate assignment to it of
,your existing contract with Rio Grande Oil Company dated
December 31st, 1936, for the sale to you of gasoline, and
requests that you execute the consent and approval form
and return one duplicate to us.
We wish to explain that in connection with the recent re-
organization and consolidation proceedings involving
Richfield Oil Company and Rio Grande Oil Company, the re-
organized corporation, Richfield Oil Corporation, desiring
to maintain intact the Rio Grande Oil Company's marketing
business, has organized the undersigned as its subsidiary
and assigned to it all of these marketing activities.
Your contract will therefore be completed with the identical
brands and quality of merchandise as though no change had
taken place.
