Processing is being withheld on this application for FHAmortgage insurance because we do not have adequate information concerning the subdivision in which the property is located. This office is required to conduct an analysis of each subdivision *prior to acceptance of individual properties therein. Before we can initiate such an analysis, we must be in recaipt of certain easily obtainable data. Usually this can be ?athered at three sources at no expense and without loss of a great deal of time. Presentation of this information in most cases will be sufficient. However, if problems are encountered during our analysis, it is possible that we will request further exhibits. In our opinion it will be of benefit to you and other mortgagees attempting to finance properties in this subdivision to assist in developing the required information. Of course, it is also possible that either the information submitted or our field analysis will uncover a reason for ineligibility. However, if found acceptable, we will then be in a position to accept applications on properties within the tract on an individual basis.
