FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant to City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County
( of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: r
An easement for pipeline and right-of"way purposes, including the
constructions, maintenance, rspa.ir and use of a pipeline, and ingress
and egress over the following described real property-in the County
of Lan Bernar-dinory State of Califcxnia,, described as follows:
Tile southerly 10 feet of the follauing described property .

as follows:
Beginning at a point on the ,lest line of the said East half of the
Southeast quarter of Section 36, South 206.11 feet iron the North est
corner thereof. , ;aid point being in the center line of a 40 foot road,
thence South 71° 42' 30" East 632.12 feet along the centerlinq of said
road to its intersection with the center line of another 40 foot road,
thence South 0° 00' 30" West 235.0 feet along the center lime of ,aid
road; thence continuing along the center line of said roan, South 79° 00' 30"
