WHEREAS, EASTLAND rlNANCIAL CORPORATION, a California corporation, as successor and/or
s-ubstituted Trustee under Deed of Trust made by
ANDOVER DEVELOPMENT 00F2ORATION, a California Corporation
Trustor, and recorded as Instrument No. 43 on April 1, 1964
in Book 6119 , Page 504 , of Official Records,
in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Bernardino County. State of California, has received from Bene-
ficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey in accordance with the terms of said
Deed of Trust, all estate now held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust in and to
the hereinafter described property, said Beneficiary having presented said Deed of Trust
and note(s) secured thereby for endorsement.
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with said request and the provisions of said Deed of Trust,
EASTLAND FINANCIAL CORPORATION, as successor and/or substituted Trustee, does hereby
RECONVEY, without warranty, to THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, all
estate held by it thereunder in and to that property situate in said County, State of
California, described as follows: Per legal attached. v
the following described real property in the City of Redlands
Count)-of San Bernardino , Statc of California
That portion of Lot 2 in Block 35 of Addition No 1, Second Preliminary I-
Map of Redlands as recorded in Map Book 5, page 4, in the office of the
County Recorder in said County and State more particularly described as
follows ;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 26 , T1S, R3W, thence South
890 49' 00" West 62.48 feet to a point on the Westerly right of way line
of 88 foot wide Ford Street, thence North 00 12 ' 15" East along said
Westerly right of way line, 371. 00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Said true point of beginning being the beginning of a non-tangent curve,
concave to the South and having a radius of 456 00 feet. A radial line
at said point bears North 4° 36 ' 12" West; thence, Southwesterly along
said curve 144 62 feet and through a central angle of 180 05 ' 00" to a
point of non-tangency on the Southeasterly right of way line of 100 foot
wide Highland Avenue; thence along said right of way line North 56° 20'
00" East, 170. 71 feet to its intersection with said Westerly right of way
line of 88 foot wide Ford Street; thence South 0° 12 ' 15" West along said
right of way line 59. 22 feet to the true point of beginning.

The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said
Trustee under the terms thereof, and as provided in said Deed of Trust. This Partial
Reconveyance is made without affecting the personal liability of any person for payment
of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust or the effect of said Deed of Trust
upon the remainder of the property covered thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, EASTLAND FINANCIAL CORPORATION, as successor and/or substituted
