Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly right-of-way line of
Center Street (75 feet wide) with the Southeasterly right-of-way line of
Brookside Avenue (100 feet wide) ; thence Southeasterly along said South-
westerly right-of-way line of Center Street 373 feet; thence at right angles
Southwesterly to the intersection with a line parallel with and 6 . 5 feet
Southwesterly of said Southwesterly right-of-way line of Center Street;
thence Northwesterly along said parallel line 360 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 13 feet; thence
Northwesterly along said curve 20.42 feet and through a central angle of
90° 00' 00" to a point of tangency, said point being on said Southeast
right-of-way line of Brookside Avenue, thence Northeasterly along said
Southeast right-of-way line of Brookside Avenue to the point of beginning.
This Grant Deed corrects a previously erroneous Grant Deed recorded
November 15 , 1972 in Book 8061, Page 721.
