San Bernardino Community College District of San Bernardino and
i:iverside Counties dedicates and conveys, pursuant to Section 16251 et seq of
the r ducation Code, to the City of Redlands, nide easements and rights of way
to construct, use, maintain, operate, alter, add to, repair, replace, reconstruct,
and inspect the underground water supply system (hereinafter referred to as
"system"), consisting of pipes, valves and other appurtenant fixtures necessary
for distributing the water supply for Grafton Hills College in, on, over, under,
across and along that certain real property in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows-
EASEMENT NO. 1 :
A 40 foot wide easement over, under and across that portion of Section
32 and 33, Township 1 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base &
Meridian, the centerline of said 40 foot easement being described
as follows :
BEGINNING at the aforesaid Point "A" in Parcel No. 1 herein described,
thence North 610 10' 13" East 40 00 feet to a tangent curve - thence
curving to the right with a radius of 335.00 feet through a central
angle of 230 57 ' 4011 , an arc distance of 140. 10 feet to a point of
compound curve ; thence continuing along said carve to the right with
a radius of 820. 30 feet through a central angle of 220 04 ' 2711 , an
are distance of 316.04 feet ; thence South 720 47' 40" East 246. 38

EASEMENT NO. 8 :
A 20 foot wide easement for the construction and maintenence of water
mains over, under and across that portion of Section 33, Township 1
South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, described as
follows
BEGINNING at Point "E" , as described by the aforesaid Parcel No. 2•
thence North 33° 39 ' ll " East 35 . 20 feet to the Northeasterly terminus
of said easement, the side lines of said easement to be shortened or
lengthened to terminate an the boundary lines of Parcel No. 2 and an
the boundary line of Parcel No . 3
EASEMENT NO. 9
A 20 foot wide easement for maintenance of an existing water main. over,
under and across that portion of Section 33, Township I South, Range 2
West , San Bernardino Base & Meridian, described as follows :
BEGINNING at the aforesaid Point "G" , as described by said Parcel No
3 , thence North 6° 55 ' 24" nest 83 43 feet to a poan.t which is North
840 11 ' 32" East 101 . 47 feet from the aforesaid Point "H" as described
by said Parcel No 3.
