The The Undersigned, in consideration for permission to remove
certain trees and keep the wood thereof located in Sylvan Park
on the West Side thereof between High Avenue and btillman Avenue ,
said trees to be designated by the Redland's Park Superintendent ,
does hereby agree to hold the City of Redlands harmless and
to idemnify the City from all damages arising out of the removal
of said trees with respect to any workmen that he may ingage
or that may be associated with hire to remove the same, and any
or
claims/demands from said workmen or associates arising out of
the removal of said trees and also to idemn.ify the City for
any claims or damages that may be suffered or alleged to be
suffered by any party being injured by their removal.
