AREAS the City of Redlands has rented a certain unimproved
parcel of real property situate at the Northlest Corner of
Stuart Avenue and 6th Street, in the City of Redlands, California,
from the undersigned and may place improvements thereon that
might become part of the real estate and be attached thereto,
the undersigned for valuable oonsideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledgec ,does hereby waive and release to the City
of Redlands any interest which he may have in any improvements
placed on his said property and permission is hereby granted
to the said City to remove any houses., shacks, or improvements
which said City may place on said property at any time and without
any accounting or permission being obtained from the undersigned
owner and lessor.
