To the City of Redlands,
Redlands, Calif®
Gentlemen.
Referring to the easement for right of way to build and
maintain a storm drain across my property described as being
the east half of the northwest aua.rter of Lot 28, Block 77,
Rancho San Bernardino, Tease be advised that I desire three
changes made in the grant itself, namely:
1. That the construction work upon this property shall
be completed i�ithin. six raonths after commencement thereof on
the propertyi
2. That the top of the covered ditch shall be not less
than 2 feet beneath the level of the surrounding ground;
3. Tha-c the right of xray shall be 7 feet in width lying
31 feet on either side of the described center line.
I further will require the written agreement of the City
of Redlands to Drotect ~me as follow-s:
In consideration of one dollar ($1.00) to us in hand
paid, H. A. Woessner and Lillian M. Woessner ,
husband and wife do hereby grant to the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation of the sixth class, a right of way to con-
struct and forever maintain a covered storm drain over and
across that certain real property in. the City of Redlands, San
Bernardino County, California, described as follows:
The east 1 of NFT1 of Lot 28 Blk 77 of Rancho San
Bernardino as recorded in Book 7 of Maps Page 2 records of said
County.
Said right of way being more particularly described
as follows:
A strip of land seven (7t) feet wide, lying three and
one-half (3110 feet on either side of the following described
center line: Beginning at a point in the east line of said
MVV Lot 28, distant 4441 South of the NES Cor of said N I , thence
west, parallel with the north line of said NV8 to a point in
the west line of said El of Nl14.
Together with the right to enter in and upon any adjoin-
ing real property which may own for the purpose
of gaining ingress to and egress from the said right of way
for purposes of construction and maintenance.
