For a. valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
HUGH IRVINE and SARAH IRVINE, both of the County of San Bernardino, hereby
grant, assign and set over to THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF POMONA, a corporation.,
all their right, title and interest in 175 miners inches of water per month
covering their interest in that certain _agreement entered into cinder date of

all their right, title and interest in 175 miners inches of water per month
covering, their interest in that certain agreement entered into under date of

the CITY OF REDLANDS, recorded in Book 296 at page 159 of Official Records
of San Bernardino County, California, as amended by a certa?n statement of

water per month.

the SECURITY-FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF LOS ANGELES, a National Banking
Association, hereby grants, assigns and sets over to HUGH IRVINE AND
SARAH IRVINE, both of the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
all its right, title and interest in 175 miners inches of water per month,
assigned to said Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles October 13,
1943 by Hugh Irvine and Sarsh Irvine covering their interest is that certain
agreement entered into under date of December 1, 1926, between SUNSET ORME
COMPANY, GERTRUUE A MOORE, and the CITY OF REDLANDS, recorded in Book 296
at page 159 of Official Records of San Bernardino County, California., as
amended by a certain statement of interest entered into between said Sunset
Orange Co. and said Gertrude A Moore under date of Dec. 13, 1930, said
agreement covering 450 inches of water per month.
