Hiselys the said party of the second -part, is taking this job as an independent contractor and enters into the within contract as an independent contractor, and that the party of the first part, an the said City of Redlds, is c not answerable, accountable or liable for any loss, damage or injury to said party of the tdddhd part, or his employees, or to other persons or person arising in any manner or means from the said contracting job of painting sold city flag pole.
