GREEMENT, made and entered into this day of November 1971
between The Redlands Security Company

or assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of

'HEREAS, City desires to grant an easement to Security for the
purpose of pedestrian ingress and egress, over the property,
`HEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows.

Description of said easement may be revised upon mutual
agreement of the parties hereto, and that permission shall
not be unreasonably withheld by City,
Easement shall be terminated when the City, its successors
or assigns, in their sole discretion, require the property
for the construction of an automobile parking structure. In
the event such construction requires relocation of the ease-
ment to the east or west, City will grant such substitute
easement, and Security agrees, at Security ' s sole expense
and without delay, to relocate to said easement any pedestrian
entrance.
Easement may be revoked by City in the event City, its
successors or assigns, in their sole discretion, construct
a structure other than an automobile parking structure on
the property which requires the use of the land over which
this pedestrian easement is granted Security agrees in this
