Beginning at the centerline intersection of Rosette Street and
Crescent Avenue as shown on the map of the said Crescent Avenue
Subdivision. Thence north 56° 30' 30" east 208 00 feet along
the centerline of 70 foot wide Crescent Avenue. Thence north

feet on a radial line to a curve to a point where said curve
