by Corporation Grant Deed dated. June 7, 9 1971 9

to the City of Redlandsg a political corporation and/or govern-
mental agency is hereby accepted by order of the City Council
on July 20, 9 19 719 and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer,

Minutes of the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County acting
as ex-officio Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County
Flood Control District
Flood Control Engineer W. A. Sadler advises the Board that the City of
Redlands has undertaken the relocation of its water line lying within
Dearborn Street and has also assured the costs and responsibility for the
administration of the construction of a culvert for the realignment of
the Zana at Dearborn Street, Zone 3, Redlands ZanDar Parcel Number 152.
He states further that the City has indicated a willingness to accept an:
0.10 acre parcel of land lying without District requirements as full
consideration for this pipeline location work and administration of
culvert construction. Mr. Sadler states that this small parcel of land
is not required for District purposes and recommends that it be used to
satisfy the obligations as explained, and to execute a corporation grant
deed for said parcel.
Whereupon, acting an the recommendation of tfie rlood Control Engineerr
the Board approves execution of a Corporation Grant Deed by the following
action.
On motion by Supervisor Mi}resell, duly seconded by Supervisor Beckord, and
carried, the following resolution is adopted:
WHEREAS, the subject matter of this resolution having been fully
considered and it appearing that the following action is proper and is
taken in the best public interest;
NOWT ` HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District that it authorizes
execution and granting of a Corporation Grant Deed dated June 7, 1971,
drawn in favor of the City of Redlands, a 11unicipal Corporation, involving
the property which is fully described in said document; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said Board of Supervisors that it
authorizes execution of said deed for and on behalf of San Bernardino
County Flood Control District.
