WHEREAS, The City Clerk of the city of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,

WITNESSETH, That the said parties, for and in consideration of the facts

FIRST ---That the party of the first part will provide the necessary

SEOXIM.---T'hat the party of the first part will supply the supervisor

THIRD.--That the party of the second part, upon the receipt of the
dules returned by the enumerators, will officially announce the results of
said special census at as early a date as may be practicable; Provided,

l.�'O RTH.--That the said supervisor shall appoint such number of

FIFTH.--That the data collected by the enumerators shall be regarded as

And it is further mutually covenanted and agreed. by and between the
