The Clark presented a coirmunication from the Federal Public
Sousing Authorlty relative to the relinquishment bX the City
of title and control, to Project �,al-V-4383 to the govern-
ment stating that it would be necessary for the City to
revest title to the building and appurtenances comprising
the Protect to the Uovernment so tilat they might enter into
an agreement with the University of Redlands consolidating
Project Cal-V -4ZG3 and Cal-V-4389. Oil motion of councilman
+'hornquest, seconded by Councilman Gunter, the enclosed
Agreement Rescinding 4xisti.ng Contract for Project Cal-V-4383
