sewer works and appurtenant structures for the purpose of maintaining sewer service,the right to enter upon and right of
way at any time or from time to time,to construct maintain, operate replace and renew sewer pipelines and appurtenant
structures in upon over and across said easement or any part thereof, and ingress and egress over the following
