A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD
WITH BANK OF AMERICA AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO 7245
WHEREAS, Bank of America is the authorized depository of City funds, and
WHEREAS, Bank of America requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers, and
WHEREAS, Bank of Amenca requires the list of City authorized signers be updated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS
Section I The following City Officials and staff shall be the authorized signers on all City
accounts, warrants, and checks with Bank of America
Robert Dawes, City Treasurer
Damelle Garcia, Management Services/Finance Director
Farrah Jenner, Assistant Finance Director
Karn A. Grance, Revenue Manager
Section 2 That Resolution No 7245 is hereby rescinded
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April, 2017
