the water apportioned to William Curtis by Agreement of the Water
Users recorded in Book "A" of Agreements, page 199 in the office
of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.

and that 'she' obtained title thereto by mesne conveyances -
and. obtained title from the Decree a-f
Distribution in the Estate of her-mother, Zilpha B. Curtis , deceased,
being Probate Estate No. 16068 of the Superior Court of the State of
California in and for the County of San Bernardino.
