do hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to
City of Redlands, A Municipal Corporation
the following described real property in the City of Redlands county of San Bernardino
state of California.
Beginning at the easterly most corner of that certain parcel � D
conveyed to State of California by a deed recorded in Book 61.46 of �
Official Records, Page 920 thereof, records of San Bernardino
County, said parcel being a portion of Lot 5, Smith ' s Tract as the
said tract is recorded in Book 8 of Maps , Page 86 thereof, records
of said County.
Thence southerly along a line perpendicular to the centerline
of Colton Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Colton
Avenue, thence easterly along the centerline of Colton Avenue to
its intersection with the southerly prolongation of the east line
of said Lot 5; thence northerly along the southerly prolongation
of said east lane to a point 44.00 feet distant from the centerline
of Colton Avenue. Thence westerly parallel with and 44.00 feet
distant from the centerline of Colton Avenue to the northerly lane
of that certain above mentioned parcel conveyed to the State of
California, thence southeasterly along northerly lane of said par-
cel to the Point of Beginning.
Also, that portion of said Lot 5, Smith 's Tract described as

Lot 5, referred to in the deed conveying certain real property to
the State of California and recorded in Book 6146 of Official Records,
Page 920 thereof, records of San Bernardino County, thence easterly
along the north line of said Bight Acres , 40.00 feet, thence
southerly parallel to and 40.00 feet distant from the west line of
