County, said parcel being a portion of Lot 5, Smith ' s Tract as the

Thence southerly along a line perpendicular to the centerline
of Colton Avenue to , is intersection with the centerline of Colton
Avenue, thence easterly along the centerline of Colton Avenue to
its intersection with the southerly prolongation of the east line
of said Lot 5; thence nortizerly along the southerly prolongation {�^,
of said east line to a paint 44.00 feet distant from the centerline
of Colton Avenue. Thence westerly parallel with and 44.00 feet
