County, said parcel being a portion of Lot 5, Smith' s Tract as the
said tract is rec orded in Book 8 of Maps, Page 86 thereof, records
of said County.
Thence Southerly along a line perpendicular to the centerline
of Colton Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Colton
Avenue, thence easterly along the centerline of Colton Avenue to
.its intersection with the southerly prolongation of the east line
of said Lot 5 ; thence northerly along the southerly prolongation
of said east line to a point 44.00 feet distant from the centerline
of Colton Avenue. Thence westerly parallel with and 44.00 feet
distant from the centerline of Colton Avenue to the northerly line
of that certain above mentioned parcel conveyed to the State of
California; thence southeasterly along northerly line of said parcel
to the point of beginning.

a tangent curve, concave westerly having a radius of 332.00 feet,
thence southerly and southwesterly along the said curve through a
central angle of 22' 44' 5311 an arc distance of 131.82 feet to a
point of tangency of the said curve; thence along the prolongation
of the tangent to the said curve, south 220 48' 57" West to its
intersection with the west line of said Lot 5; thence northerly
along the said west line to the point of beginning.
