RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands, that
the within and foregoing SUPPLE'1vh,;NT.AL FREE4AY AGRLEME NT VIII-SBd-
Rld, dated June 2nd, 1953 , by and between the State of California,
acting by and through the Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, and the City of Redlands, supplemental to that certain
Freeway Agreement, dated April 15th, 1942, BE AND THE SAYS IS
HEREBY APPROVED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND OtRDER3@ that the Mayor and the City
Clerk of the City of Redlands, be and they are hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to execute said SUPPLEMENTAL FREE ,=.Y
AGREEMENT VIII SBd-25-R1d on behalf of the said City of Redlands.
