RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands , that
the within and foregoing SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, dated June 2,
1953 , by and between the West Redlands Nater Company, a
corporation, and the City of Redlands , a municipal corporation,
supplemental to that certain written Agreement, dated February 24,
1916) BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY APPROVED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV10 AND ORDERED that the Itiiayor and the City
Clerk of the City of Redlands, be and they are hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to execute said SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT on
behalf of the said City of Redlands.
