that an easement for construction, maintenance and operatioa of Nater
lines, valves and fittings ovBr and across that portion W the Nil of
section It TH, RA City of Redlands, County of San Bernardin% State
of California, described as follows:
A strxp of land 5 feet in wxdth5 the southerly line being described
as follows. Beginning at a point in the east line of Ford Street (30 feet
wide), said point being distant 891.04 feet and heapin So IOL31 E from a
point in the north line of Section 11 T2S3 R316 S.D.M., said last mentioned
point being diatant 15 feet East CS the H WCorner of said section, thence

to the City of Redlands, GRAYTEK, said instrusent being dated Jane 29th,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AID ORDEREM that the Msycr and the City Manager
of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to
accept said easament on behalf of the said City of Redlands.
