GAS COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, its succes
sors and assigns, a right of way to lay, construct, maintain, operate, repair, renew, change the size of and remove one or
more pipe lines, with metering, regulating and other equipment, for the transportation of gas, with the right of ingress
and egress to and from the same, over and through, under, along and across that certain parcel of Iand, situated in
$8sC1.L 92M&rdil-___ __ _____ _____County, State of California, which is described as follows, to wit
That portion of Block 400 as shown on Map No. 8 of a portion of Redlands Heights,, re-
corded in Book 9, page 5,, of Maps, records of San Bernardino County,, being a strip of land
10 feet in width lying 5 feet on each of the following described centerline:
Coimencing at the most westerly corner of lot 1, Block 37., said Mlap No. 8 of a portion
of Redlands Heights; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly boundary of said Lot 1,,
a distance of 231.00 feet; thence N 550 121 37n :, ^arallol with and distant southwesterly
7.00 feet at right angles to the Northeasterly boundary of said Block L0, a distance of
30.00 feet to a point in the northwesterly lime of Marshall. Street,, as now existing,, said
point being the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing N 550 121 3711 W,, 36.58 feet;
thence N 68° 33' 00T1 149 54.00 feet; thence nT 590 09' 00" Iris 100.00 feet; thence N 530

Records., said County.
The Northeasterly and Southwesterly sidelines of the above described right of way shall
he prolonged or shortened so as to terminate in the said northwesterly line of Marshall
Street and in the southwesterly sideline of the hereinbefore mentioned previously granted
right of way.
Together with the right to lay., construct' operate, maintain, replace, or remove one
or more connecting pipelines within the above described right of TYay2 and through that cer-

operation of said pipe line, provided, however, that grantor _ shaIl not construct or maintain on said premises over which
this right of way is granted any buildings or other structures, plant trees, inundate, or change the grade of said premises Dam
ages to crops, fences, buildings or other structures if not mutually agreed upon, are to be ascertained and determined by three
disinterested persons, one thereof to be appointed by the grantor , or assigns, one by the grantee, or its assigns, and the
third by the two so appointed as aforesaid, and the award of such three persons, or any two of them, shall be final and
conclusive
