-1 - i EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 3rd day of February 1970,
by and between W. L. Gill
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors to interest.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located in__CltY of Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
South 340 feet of the southwest quarter of Block 21 ,
Barton Ranch as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Cil
Page 19 thereof, records of San Bernardino County,
State of California.

AND WHEREAS, City desires an easement over and across said real
property for the purposes of drainage originating on private and
public property.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows-
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to divert said drainage across said real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto thIL
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
