THIS INDENTURE made the 11th day of February 19 70
between G. Leon Gregory, Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, first party,
and the City of Redlands
second party;
WITNESSETH That Whereas, the real property hereinafter described was duly sold and conveyed to the
State of California for the non-payment of taxes and assessments which had been legally levied and
which were a lien upon said property under and in accordance with law, and,
WHEREAS, in conformity with law the right of redemption in the property hereinafter described has been
terminated in accordance with Chapter 8, Part 6, Division 1, of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the
State of California, and
WHEREAS, the purchase price has been paid by the second party in accordance with the agreement of
sale dated November 18, 1969 between the Board of Supervisors
of San Bernardino County and the City of Redlands

NOW, THEREFORE, the said first party, in consideration of the premises and in accordance with the
law in such case made and provided, does hereby grant to the second party that certain real property
hereinbefore referred to, and situate in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particu-

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
WHEREAS , the Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino has
requested the Board of Supervisors of said County for its approval
and authority for selling at public sale certain tax--deeded property
heretofore deeded to the State of California, and
WHEREAS, said list of parcels of property as described in the
Sale Folio includes the following described property in the City of
Redlands, to-wit-
