of the whole of the water of Mill Creek Zanja, so-called as the
same customarily flows for a period of one hour, recurring every
ten days on the Curtis Water day, so--called and being a portion of
the water apportioned to William Curtis by Agreement of the Water
Users recorded in Book "ATT of Agreements, page 199 in the office
of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County .
Grantors warrant that they are the sole owners of this Water Right
and that they obtained title thereto by mesne conveyances from
Lee R Hill, a widower, who obtained title from the Decree of
Distribution in the Estate of Alice G. Hill, deceased, who in turn
obtained title by a Decree of Distribution from the Estate of
Zilpha Curtis , deceased, being Probate Estate No. 16068 of the
Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of
San Bernardino
