from its intersection with the centerline of Citrus Avenue as same is
shown 80 feet wide on saict map ; thence south 890 331 5611 west 40 feet
to the west line of Tennessee Street and the True Point of Beginning.
Thence continuing south 890 331 5611 west 4 feet more or less to a
point 44 feet distant measured at right angles from the centerline
of Tennessee Street. Thence south 10 011 3411 east, parallel to the
centerline of Tennessee Street 165 feet ; thence north 890 331 5611
east 4 feet more or less to a point on the west line of Tennessee
Street ; thence north 10 011 3411 west along the west line of Tennessee
Street 165 feet more or less to the True Point of Beginning.
