061 West along the Easterly right of way line of said Chapparal
Road, 174- 36 feet to the Southwest corner of that certain parcel
of lAnd conveyed to Lee Roy Homer Snoddy and Ruth M. Snoddy,
husband and wife, as joint tenants by deed recorded August 22, 1956,
as Instrument No. 17, in Book 4018, page 337, official records of
said County; thence North 870 081 0011 East along the Southerly line
of the aforesaid parcel , conveyed to Lee Roy Homer Snoddy and Ruth
M. Snoddy, 5 12 feet , thence South 180 021 4511 West 174 58 feet to
a point of intersection with the Easterly extension of the Southerly
line of said Poppy Road; thence North 890 541 0011 West along the
Southerly extension of said Poppy Road, 5 .02 feet to the point of
beginning.
