of Redlands Boulevard 25.08 feet to a point of tangency of a curve
concave southeasterly having a radius of 18 feet and a central angle
of 900 15' 30" ; thence southwesterly along said curve an arc distance
of 28.36 feet to a point on a line distant 7 feet, measured at right
angles , from the easterly right-of-way line of 50 foot wide Sixth
Street; thence southerly along a line parallel to and 7 feet distant
from the east line of said 50 foot wide Sixth Street to the south line
of said Lot 81 Block 14, Redlands Town Plat; thence westerly along
said south line 7 feet to the Point of Beginning.
