- Street,- both measured at right angles; thence northerly along the east
line of Lot one, said line being the west line of Orange Street 11 feet ,
thence westerly parallel to the north line of San Bernardi-no Avenue 15
feet ; thence southerly parallel to the west line of Orange Street 11
feet to the north line of 66 foot wide San Bernardino Avenue, thence
easterly along the north line of San Bernardino Avenue 15 feet to the

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 15th day of
September 1969 , by and between Elmer A. Carlock and
Wilma 1. Carlock, hereinafter called "Owners" , their heirs , executors ,
administrators , agents or assigns , and the City of Redlands , a muni-
cipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called "City",
its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS , Owners have title to and own that real estate and real pro-
