of the RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps,
page 41 , records of said County, described as follows
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Block " E ", thence North 89°
58' 3761 East along the North line of said Block " E ", a distance of 7 00
feet to a point in a line that is parallel with and distant Easterly 7.00
feet, measured at right angles from the West line of said Block 11 E 11,
said Test line being coincident with the East line of Sixth Street, 50 00
feet wide, thence South 0° 161 18" East parallel with said West line of CA)
