Recorder , County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as
follows :
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 13, said corner being
on the most easterly line of Sunset Drive, 60 feet wide; thence north
550 26' east along the most southerly line of said Lot 13, 5.82 feet to
its intersection with a curve concave to the northeast and having a
radius of 208.00 feet. A radial line through said point of intersection
bears north 410 14' 261, east. Thence northwesterly along said curve
27.26 feet and through a central angle of 70 30' 34" to a point of
tangency. Thence north 410 15' west 101.71 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave to the southwest and having a radius of 273.93
feet. Thence northwesterly along said curve 46.93 feet and through a
central angle of 90 48' 5711 to its intersection with the most westerly
line of said Lot 13. Said most westerly line also being the most
easterly line of Sunset Drive, 60 feet wide. A radial line through said
point of intersection bears north 380 56' 03" east. Thence south 410 151
1 east along the said most westerly line of Lot 13, 174.96 feet to the
point of beginning.
