�QUE JT OF REDLANDS, CALIF 92373 GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Sam Perricone and Louis Romoff, doing business as P. & R. Ranch Com-
pany, hereby grants to the City of Redlands , a Municipal Corporation
duly organized in accordance with the laws of the State of California,
the real property in the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows :
An easement for sanitary sewer and right-of-way purposes , including
the construction, maintenance, repair ana use of a sanitary sewer ,
and ingress and egress over the following described real property in
the County of San Bernardino , State of California, described as
follows :
A strip of land 10 feet wide lying north of and adjacent to the
most southerly line, and beginning at the most westerly line and
extending 453.52 feet easterly therefrom, of the following des-
cribed parcel of land; excepting that portion in County highway.
That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 1
South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the
County of San Bernardino, State of California as per Government
Survey, described as follows :
Beginning 1701.5 feet north of a point .1800 feet west of a
point 152 feet north of the southeast corner of the north
half of the southwest quarter of said Section lb , thence south
487 feet , thence west 893.8 feet to the west line of said
Section, thence north along said west line 487 feet ; thence
east 893. 8 feet to the point of beginning.
The easement herein granted to continue in full force and effect so
long as said sewer system is operated and maintained upon the above
described property.
The undersigned also grants and conveys to the said City of Redlands ,
California, a temporary 10 feet wide easement lying ad3acent to and
northerly of the above described easement, said temporary easement
being for the purpose of construction only, and all rights to said
temporary easement shall revert to the undersigned upon completion
of the construction work and its acceptance by the City of Redlands.
In consideration of the Grant of Easement, the City of Redlands
hereby waives Section 8322 of Ordinance No. 1145 for that portion
of the above described parcel of land with frontage on the sewer.
