in the office of said County, said point lying on the Southerly
line of Redlands Boulevard (formerly Central Avenue) ; thence North
891 591 0011 East along the Southerly line of said Redlands Boule-
vard, 50.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning, thence continu-
ing along said Southerly right of way line of Redlands Boulevard,
North 890 591 0011 East 99 .89 feet to an angle point therein;
thence South 850 021 0011 East along said Southerly right of way
line , 53 19 feet ; thence leaving said Southerly right of way
line , South 00 051 00" East 8 . 51 feet , thence North 870 401 04f1
West 153 .02 feet to a point on the Easterly line of that certain
parcel of land described as an exception in the deed to Redlands
Security Company, a California Corporation, recorded as Instrument
No . 134 in Book 6642, page 432, Official Records of said County;
thence North 000 02' 2011 West along said Easterly line (recorded
by said deed as South 00 051 00F1 East) 6.86 feet to the point of
beginning.
