the following described real property in the
County of Sant Bernardino , State of California.
That portion of Lot 27 , Block 77, RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, as per
map recorded in Book 7 , page 2 of Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, and that portion of Mill Street
vacated October 1921 by Resolution No . 333 of the City of Redlands ,
described as follows :
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of that certain parcel of land
described in the deed to Gill Electric Manufacturing Corp. recorded
November 20, 1951 in Book 2854 , page 422, Official Records of said
County, said point lying on the Southerly line of Redlands Blvd.
(formerly Central Avenue ) 100 feet in width; thence North 890 591
East along the Southerly line of said Redlands Blvd. 50.00 feet
to the Northeast corner of that certain parcel described as an
exception in that certain parcel of land deeded to Redlands
Security Company, a California Corporation, by deed recorded as
Instrument No. 134 in Book 6642, page 432, Official Records of
said County; thence South 00 021 20f1 East (recorded as South 00
051 0011 East by said deed) 6 .86 feet ; thence North 870 401 0411
West 50.04 feet to a point on the East line of the aforesaid
parcel conveyed to the Gill Electric Manufacturing Corporation,
thence North 000 021 2011 West (recorded as North 00 051 West by the
aforesaid deed) along the Easterly line of the aforesaid deed,
4. 81 feet to the point of beginning .
