COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Kendall Street
with the South line of Redlands Boulevard (formerly West Central
Avenue ) as condemned by the City of Redlands by final order of con—
demnation, a certified copy of which was recorded August 31 , 1938 in
Book 1292, page 402 , Official Records of said County; thence North 85°
021 0011 West 184 . 70 feet more or less to a point on the West line of
said Lot 3 ; thence South 011 05 ' 00" East along said West line of said
Lot 3 and the Southerly prolongation of said West line , 275 . 71 feet to
a point on the Northerly line of West State Street , as conveyed to then`
City of Redlands by deed recorded August 13, 1931 in Book 738 , page
265, Official Records of said County, said point being on a curve con-
cave to the North and having a radius of 1419 . 75 feet, said point being
the True Point of Beginning; thence curving to the right with an initial
tangent that bears North 83° 381 0411 West with a radius of 1419 . 75 feet
through a central angle of 81 201 4011 , an are distance of 206.77 feet
to a point on the Easterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed
to Gill Electric Manufacturing Corporation recorded November 20, 1951
in Book 2854, page 422 of Official Records of said County; thence
North 00 021 2011 West along said East line (recorded as North 01 051
0011 West by said deed) 21 . 79 feet ; thence South 831 42 ' 58" East
204. 29 feet to a point on the aforesaid Southerly prolongation of
the West line of said Lot 3, said point being North 01 05 ' 0011 West
37 . 21 feet from the point of beginning ; thence South 00 051 0011 East
37 21 feet to the point of beginning .
