FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This second amendment("Second Amendment")to theagreement dated October 17,2016(the
"Agreement") by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal Corporation ("City"), and Willdan
Engineering("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 16th day of May,2017
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Article 5"Payments to Consultant," to increase Consultant's total compensation by Ninety
Six Thousand Four Hundred Forty Three dollars ($96,443 00) for the provision of additional
professional planning services,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Article 5 Article 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Consultant," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"51 Thetotal compensation for Consultant's performanoeof theServioesshail notexceed
the amount of Ninety-Six Thousand Four Hundred Forty Three Dollars ($96,443) City shall pay
Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the"not to exceed amount" based upon the hourly rates
shown in Exhibit"B," entitled "Rate Schedule," which is attached hereto and incorporate herein by
reference."
Section 6 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this Second Amendment,to be effective as
of May 16, 2017
