State of California, described as:
All that portion of Lot 16, Block C, Central Townsite in the City of
Redlands as per map recorded in Book 8 of Maps , Page 57 thereof,
records of San Bernardino County, State of California, and more parti-
cularly described as follows :
That portion of Lot 16 located southerly of the following described line -
Commencing at the northwest corner of said lot, thence southerly along
the westerly line of said lot, 43.08 feet to a point on the southerly
extensiot, of the west line of said lot. Said point being a beginning
of a curve tangent to a line parallel to the centerline of Stuart Avenue
and 27 feet northerly therefrom. Said curve being concave northerly
having a radius of 573 feet and a central angle of 70 42' 09". Said
point being the True Paint of Beginning of a line to be described.
Thence easterly along said curve a distance of 77.03 feet to a point
of tangency of the said curve . Thence continuing along said tangent
49.24 feet to a beginning of a curve concave northwesterly having a
radius of 10.50 feet. Thence along said curve easterly and northerly
to its intersection with the west line of 54 feet wide Third Street
and the terminus of the described line.
