Thence N. 44 581W 28.28 feet to a point in the south line of the
60 foot wide Stuart Avenue Extension; Thence westerly along the
south lane of Stuart Avenue Extension a distance of 6.99 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave to the southwest having a radius of
13 feet and a central angle of 89 58 30, thence southeasterly along
said curve to its point of tangency with a lane parallel with and
14 feet westerly of the west line of Church Street (60 wade) , thence
southerly along said parallel line 124.88 feet to the north line of
the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company right of way
(formerly the Southern California Railroad Company) thence easterly
along the north line of said right of way to the west line of Church

Street 118.04 feet to the point of beginning.
