Commencing at the centerlilne intersection of 50 foot wide Church Street
and 60 foot wide Cen Oral Avenue. Thence easterly along the centerline of
Central Avenue 44 feet, thence southerly perpendicular to the north line
of said Central Avenue 32 feet to The True Paint of Beginning.
Thence easterly along a line parallel with and 32 feet southerly from

thence south 340 13t west to a point 4,* feet distance (measured at right
angles) from the centerline of Cnurch Street. Thence northerly along a

Attention. Mr. William Gibson
Dear Bill;
Enclosed is the original executed Grant Deed
deeding the land known as Pepper Park to the
Redlands Unified School. District . This action
was approved by the Council of the City of
Redlands at its meeting of December 26 , 1968.
Attached to the deed is a sketch map indicating
the property deeded. You will notice the City
has excluded from the original area of Pepper
Park sufficient land to provide for the ultimate
widening of Church and East Central. This in-
volves a 14-foot wide strip on the east side of
Church Street and a 2-foot wide strip on the
south side of East Central.
I hope you will find the deed satisfactory.
